CANCELLATION POLICY

A 25% cancellation fee (in addition to the required 50% deposit) will be charged to the card on file for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. If you are over 10 minutes late to your appointment, you might be asked to reschedule. Any clients that wish to reschedule after a late cancellation or no-show must pre-pay their next service amount in full before rebooking. *Gift Certificate Policy- Clients that have received a gift certificate must book selecting the service called ‘Gift Certificate Redemption’ and pay the selected $25 deposit. Once you have completed your service and shown proof of gift certificate the $25 will be refunded to you.
